Cosmetics product Packing requirements
1. Must ensure that cosmetics are sealed under the original manufacturer’s packaging
2. Make sure the product is brand new and unused
3. Manufacturers or distributors must clearly display identification codes, such as matrix codes, batch numbers and serial numbers on cosmetic packaging.
4. Any necessary information required on the product label
On the cosmetic label and detailed information page, the following information should be marked in English:
1.Product name
2.Purpose of product
3. The content of cosmetics can be weight, measurement, and counting.
4. Ingredient list
5. Name and address of manufacturer, packer or distributor
6. Any necessary label warnings
7. Cosmetic labels and detail pages must not state that the product cures, alleviates, treats or prevents human disease unless approved.
8. If the cosmetic is not approved by the FDA or uses the FDA Logo, it must not be said to be "FDA Approved"
Carton packing
Cosmetic products should be packaged so they will not break and possibly create a safety hazard during storage, shipment preparation, or shipment to the customer. A fragile Unit must be packaged in either a six solid-sided box, or completely secured in bubble wrap, so the Unit is not exposed in any way.
Make sure your packaged Units and cartons can pass a 3-foot drop test onto a hard surface without breaking. A drop test consists of five drops:

ü ·Flat on shortest side
ü ·On a corner
Each carton should have "Fragile" labels on it.
