To create a shipping plan in the Australian Amazon Seller Central, follow these steps

Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account
Visit sellercentral.amazon.com.au and enter your login credentials to access your account.

Navigate to "Inventory"
Once logged in, click on the "Inventory" tab located
in the top navigation menu.

Choose "Manage FBA Shipments"
From the drop-down menu under "Inventory," select "Manage FBA Shipments." This will take you to the shipping plan creation page.

Create a new shipping plan
On the "Manage FBA Shipments" page, click on the "Create a new shipping plan" button.

Select your products
In the "Add products" section, search and select the products you want to include in the shipping plan. You can do this by either entering the product SKUs or using the search bar.

Specify quantities
Enter the quantities of each product you want to send to Amazon's fulfillment centers in Australia.

Prepare your shipment
In the "Prepare products" section, you can choose to either label your products yourself or have Amazon label them for a fee. Follow the instructions provided to prepare your products for shipment.

Follow the instructions provided to print the shipping labels and attach them to your shipment boxes. Then, arrange for the shipment to be picked up by the selected carrier or drop it off at the designated location.
