Choose a reliable freight forwarder or logistics provider experienced in shipping from China to Australia. Consider factors such as their expertise, track record, pricing, and range of services offered.
Shipping Method
Select the most suitable shipping method for your needs. Discuss with your freight forwarder to determine the best option.
Customs Clearance
your freight forwarder will handle customs clearance procedures. They will handle customs declarations, duties, and taxes on your behalf.
Transportation
Once customs clearance is completed, your goods will be transported from China to Australia. Depending on the chosen shipping method, the transit time will vary. Freight forwarder will coordinate the transportation and keep you updated on the progress.
Destination Handling
Upon arrival in Australia, your goods will go through destination handling procedures, including unloading, inspection, and documentation verification. Freight forwarder will manage these processes and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Last-Mile Delivery
After destination handling, your goods will be transported to Amazon's fulfillment centers in Australia.
Inventory Management
Once your goods are in Amazon's fulfillment centers, they will be integrated into your inventory. You can monitor and manage your inventory through Amazon's seller portal and track sales and fulfillment activities.
To create a shipping plan in the Australian Amazon Seller Central, follow these steps

Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account
Visit sellercentral.amazon.com.au and enter your login credentials to access your account.

Navigate to "Inventory"
Once logged in, click on the "Inventory" tab located
in the top navigation menu.

Choose "Manage FBA Shipments"
From the drop-down menu under "Inventory," select "Manage FBA Shipments." This will take you to the shipping plan creation page.

Create a new shipping plan
On the "Manage FBA Shipments" page, click on the "Create a new shipping plan" button.

Select your products
In the "Add products" section, search and select the products you want to include in the shipping plan. You can do this by either entering the product SKUs or using the search bar.

Specify quantities
Enter the quantities of each product you want to send to Amazon's fulfillment centers in Australia.

Prepare your shipment
In the "Prepare products" section, you can choose to either label your products yourself or have Amazon label them for a fee. Follow the instructions provided to prepare your products for shipment.

Choose shipping method
Select the shipping method you prefer. Amazon offers partnered carrier options or the ability to arrange your own carrier.

Provide shipment details
Fill in the required information, including the shipment name, packing type (individual products or case-packed), and the number of boxes you plan to ship.

Confirm and review
Double-check all the details you have entered, including product quantities, shipment details, and shipping method. Make any necessary adjustments before proceeding.

Prepare shipment
Once you are satisfied with the information, click on the "Prepare Shipment" button to generate the shipping labels and complete the process.

Print labels and send shipment
Follow the instructions provided to print the shipping labels and attach them to your shipment boxes. Then, arrange for the shipment to be picked up by the selected carrier or drop it off at the designated location.
