I. Compliance Declaration and Document Preparation

1. Understand and Comply with Air Transport Regulations:
   1. Built-in products are often considered special goods or dangerous goods and must strictly comply with the regulations of airlines and customs of various countries regarding the transport of special goods.
2. Prepare Necessary Documents:
   1. MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet): Provides safety and transport information about batteries.
   2. 3 Test Report: Proves that the battery complies with the United Nations recommendations on the transport of dangerous goods.
   3. Air Cargo Transportation Report: Issued by a certified institution, proving that the battery meets transport requirements.
   4. Battery Declaration and Battery Letter: Provided by the shipper, containing specific information and transport conditions of the battery.
   5. Airline-specific Battery Documents: Provide specific documents according to the requirements of different airlines if required for some products
   6. Dangerous Goods Declaration Form: Filled out by the shipper, stating the hazardous nature and transport conditions of the battery.
   7. Air Waybill, Inventory, Invoice: Should indicate the battery category (e.g., lithium battery), type (e.g., PI965-PI970), power (current × voltage), etc.

II. Packaging Requirements for Goods

1. Ensure Packaging Safety:
   1. The packaging of electrical products must ensure safety during transport. It should be properly insulated to prevent short circuits and should be waterproof and leak-proof.
   2. The packaging material should be sturdy and able to withstand a drop test of over one meter, preventing internal items from moving or being exposed.
2. Battery Packaging Requirements:
   1. Pure Battery Products: Must be individually packaged, and the outer box must be labeled with battery labels and indicate the UN number, etc.
   2. Products with Built-in Batteries: Please ensure that all shipped electronic products are turned off, and the batteries are separately packaged with insulation.
   3. Batteries with Wires: The wire ends must be sealed tightly.
   4. Dry Batteries: Need to be individually packaged with insulation.
   5. Lithium Batteries:
      1. Packaging Types PI965, PI968 (Pure Lithium Batteries): Batteries and battery cells must be individually packed in sealed inner packaging and then placed in sturdy outer packaging. The outer packaging must use drums, square drums, or boxes; other packaging (such as PAK bags) is not acceptable. The battery fire prevention label corresponding to UN3480 must be affixed.
      2. Packaging Types PI966, PI969 (Lithium Batteries Packed with Equipment): Batteries and equipment must be placed separately with measures to prevent short circuits, and the battery fire prevention label corresponding to UN3481 must be affixed.
      3. Packaging Types PI967, PI970 (Equipment with Built-in Lithium Batteries): Requires sturdy outer packaging, with the inner packaging properly secured to prevent movement of contents and ensure that the power of the equipment inside is off. All batteries installed in the equipment must be insulated, and the battery fire prevention label corresponding to UN3481 must be affixed.
   6. Outer Box Labeling:
      1. The outer box should have clear labels and tags, such as battery handling labels, shipper and consignee information, warning labels (such as “Transport by Cargo Aircraft Only”), etc.
      2. Battery handling labels must be affixed straight, flat, and without distortion.
